Cost reduction through the replacement of bearings in the rotating sliding parts of AT components! A case that ensures low friction.
We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving using Japan MT's "Dry Lubrication Coating Dry Surface." There was a challenge of "using bearings to ensure a good feel and low friction during rotational motion, but it is difficult to reduce costs." In response, we implemented a PTFE coating on the inner surface as a simple bearing structure. This ensured low friction and made it possible to reduce the number of parts and control costs. [Key Points of Problem Solving] - The low-friction, sliding coating is formed with PTFE and a hard engineering plastic, and has a proven track record in sliding parts under light loads. - In fields where oil is used in conjunction, it is also possible to further reduce friction and wear, and in this case, the number of parts was reduced, contributing to cost savings. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
