We would like to introduce a case that solved the problem of "seizing occurring during the assembly of stainless steel bottles, making assembly impossible." We were using a PTFE-based coating, but due to insufficient surface pressure resistance of PTFE, we could not meet the performance requirements. Under high load and high surface pressure conditions, the initial break-in coating MD1610 proved effective, allowing for smoother assembly accuracy and productivity.
