At Sanwa Seiki Co., Ltd., we have newly designed and manufactured a high-rigidity column, hob saddle, and hob head to enable the processing of Module 15 workpieces. We have achieved automation of skiving processing (tooth alignment and machining) through the development of an automatic tooth alignment device. Additionally, we have changed the number of NC-controlled axes to five and adopted the company's original conversational program. 【Achievements】 ■ Machine Name: MODUL ZFW1250 Hob Machine <Project Details> ■ 1.
