At Sanwa Seiki Co., Ltd., we have carried out an overhaul of the SGR300 REISHAUER main machine. By integrating the work spindle with a built-in motor, we eliminated gear transmission, resulting in improved pitch accuracy. It has become possible to improve the dents around the tooth profile PCD.
