In response, we proposed adding the "Fine Arc-60," which can separate with a minimum opening of 20μm (0.02mm), after the conventional screen. After implementation, the reduction in SS concentration led to a decrease in bulking caused by the proliferation of filamentous fungi, stabilizing the wastewater treatment and making operational management easier.
