The "ACUL Series" is a substrate storage device equipped with a pre-drying furnace that continues hot air drying while the substrates are stored in the magazine rack of the substrate storage section. A hot air drying furnace is installed on the conveyor, and the drying time can be set as desired. It is also possible to accommodate various magazine rack sizes and the number of magazine racks.
