Company information
Syspla was established in 1988 with the aim of developing and selling financial accounting software for personal computers. In June 1989, the 'SP Financial Accounting System' developed by us was certified as a recommended software by Toshiba Information Systems Corporation, which marked the beginning of our nationwide distribution and sales as a package software manufacturer. In particular, the KEEPER series, released in October 1991, which promotes self-accounting for accounting firms and their client companies, received a significant response and is currently used by approximately 1,200 accounting firms and about 10,000 general corporate clients nationwide. In 1999, as we prepared to release a new product that encapsulated 12 years of experience and know-how since our founding, we decided to change our company name to clearly declare our intention to start anew as a company that is suitable for a new era, completely overhauling our software, support system, and sales methods. This second founding marks the rebirth of Syspla, which will challenge itself toward great goals as a venture company suitable for the 21st century.
