Alliora is a packaging equipment manufacturer specializing in the production and manufacturing of high-end packaging in France. Due to the seasonal nature of the business, we hire many temporary employees when orders come in. Therefore, we needed a way to stabilize production volume, reduce the number of temporary staff, and support the core employees who bear the heavy burden of stacking work.
