High-load processing is possible! By incorporating it into existing tanks (such as EGSB reactors), capacity can be enhanced.
The "BIOPAQ ICX Reactor" is an anaerobic wastewater treatment system that incorporates the experience (IC-eXperience) cultivated over many years with the BIOPAQ IC Reactor. By integrating it into existing tanks (such as EGSB reactors), it enhances capacity, and with the two-stage gas-solid-liquid separation device concept of the BIOPAQ IC Reactor, it retains granules, enabling ultra-high load treatment. Due to its sealed structure, there are no concerns about adverse effects from hydrogen sulfide or odors. 【Features】 ■ Modularization of internal components - Designed to match the load of industrial wastewater ■ Ultra-high load treatment - Excellent granule retention capability ■ Completely sealed structure *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Structure** ■ Raw Water Distribution Device - The wastewater is distributed inside the reactor in an ideally mixed state. ■ Granule Layer - Organic matter (BOD) in the wastewater is decomposed into methane gas and carbon dioxide (biogas) by the action of the granules. ■ Upper Separator - The separator at the top of the reactor separates large biogas bubbles and most of the granules. ■ Downer Pipe - Water and granules are transferred to the lower separator (fine biogas bubbles are dissolved due to water pressure). ■ Lower Separator - Under ideal conditions without biogas, treated water and granules are efficiently separated. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
