This is a spur gear used for driving semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Due to the need for corrosion and rust prevention, electroless nickel plating was required, which necessitated strict dimensional control, including the shape of the chamfer and the shape of the tooth root. Through quality control systems during the processes and final inspections, along with our long track record in manufacturing pump gears, we have been able to ensure stable precision.
