The biggest feature of the MIZUP two-piece flange ball valve is the reduction in repair time. It allows for tightening while the handle and actuator are still attached. Our assembly and packaging processes are conducted in a Class 10000 clean environment. Utilizing 40 years of know-how, we carry out meticulous work throughout all processes. Before shipping, all products undergo inspection, and we also conduct our unique leak tests on all items, ensuring thorough quality control.

【Company History】 1983: Founded Mingzhu Metal (Co.) in Taichung City, established the logo as YF, and began manufacturing tools and fixtures. 1988: Expanded with CNC lathes and machining centers, primarily manufacturing stainless steel flanges. 1993: Moved to Taichung City Industrial Park due to factory expansion, began production of stainless steel ball valves. 2005: Added a Class 1000 cleanroom and started the development and manufacturing of sanitary and semiconductor valves. 2007: Established a joint venture foundry in Vietnam. 2009: Achieved a surface roughness of 0.2µm by introducing ECB (Electro Chemical Buffing) electropolishing. 2015: Expanded the large warehouse. 2017: Changed the English company name from "MAIN PILLAR" to "MIZUP METAL." 2019: Constructed the second factory (and warehouse). 2020: Obtained API607 fire-safe certification. 2021: Launched a virtual factory tour site and a new company introduction video. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Japanese support available, factory tours are welcome!
