To address this, our company calculated the optimal meshing ratio for noise reduction and proposed gears with less noise and vibration. The customer adopted our proposal, and upon actual operation, we were able to reduce noise and vibration compared to before. In addition to reducing noise and vibration, we also achieved improved stability during high-speed rotation.
