Due to a special manufacturing method, it is possible to adjust the way bubbles are incorporated (quantity and size) to some extent. Case studies are included!
~ Introduction to Initiatives 1 ~ It is possible to adjust the entry method (quantity and size) to some extent. *Detailed specifications for bubbles cannot be accommodated. ~ Introduction to Initiatives 2 ~ The design round rod is an extruded product with a two-layer structure consisting of an internal (core layer) and an outer layer. By making the core layer transparent, the aim is to reduce the absorption (attenuation) of light entering from the end face of the round rod and to enhance light guiding properties. Additionally, the outer layer's resin prevents the surface from being affected by bubbles, resulting in a smooth appearance. ~ Examples of Design Round Rod Processing ~ The base resin is acrylic, which has high transparency, and when illuminated with an LED as the light source, it emits a very beautiful surface light. (Size of the photographed round rod: outer diameter 40mm) *For photography, the cut surface has been polished. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Since its founding in 1960, we have started with "PC (polycarbonate) pipes" as our core business as an engineering plastic extrusion manufacturer, and have developed various engineering plastic pipes. In 1974, we successfully commercialized "PET (polyester heat shrink tubing): Tele-tube." Furthermore, we continue to evolve by adding super engineering plastics such as "PEEK, PES, PI, PSU, and PPS" to our lineup. We are deepening our technologies in "profile extrusion," "solidification extrusion," and "multicolor extrusion," which we have cultivated over half a century, and we are committed to advancing each day, with a strong sense of progress that tomorrow will be better than today, and the day after tomorrow will be better than tomorrow, as we challenge ourselves together as a united team.
