The "AL-35K" is a strongly alkaline liquid cleaner used for CIP cleaning of manufacturing equipment in food factories such as milk, dairy products, and beer plants. It is particularly suitable for alkaline CIP cleaning of stubborn dirt that has thermally denatured and strongly adhered due to heat exchange in dairy factories. It is also effective in removing inorganic dirt (especially calcium deposits) that remains after normal CIP cleaning. Based on caustic soda, it contains a special dispersant.
