At our company, we introduced new applications of inkjet printing, such as printing on three-dimensional objects and curved surfaces, by combining the "PrecisionCore print head" with our own robots at the "3D Surface Decoration Technology Exhibition 2020." In this video, we showcase the process of printing wiring on the top of a helmet using inkjet technology, which allows for electrical conduction and lights to illuminate. 【We solve the following customer challenges】 ■ We want to automate manual printing processes and innovate production. ■ We want to eliminate labeling processes for information provision and reduce labor. ■ We want to achieve automatic printing on disorganized layouts and moving workpieces, eliminating the need for manual alignment.
