Automatic collection and verification system for invoice business operator numbers (T numbers)
T-check invoice
Invoice system compliance! A system that allows you to "easily" and "collectively" "automatically check" the invoice business registration status of suppliers and partner companies!
Before entering a store for receptions or advance purchases, easily check with the T-check invoice!! You can quickly search if that store is an invoice business operator! The invoice (qualified invoice) system started in October 2023. If a supplier is not registered as an invoice business operator, you will not be able to deduct the consumption tax on purchases made from that supplier, making it very important to check whether the supplier is registered as an invoice business operator. Our "Invoice Issuer Verification System" allows you to upload supplier master data, which will then consolidate based on company name and address, and verify against registered invoice business operators. This enables you to easily and accurately check the registration status of a large number of suppliers all at once. Additionally, it is also possible to easily search and check if a specific corporation or sole proprietor is an invoice business operator with pinpoint accuracy. Applications/Examples of results
- When receiving invoices, record them as prepaid consumption tax and, for quarterly or monthly summaries (such as for publicly listed companies), collectively verify them, and when issuing correction slips to change the prepaid consumption tax to expense accounts for transactions with suppliers that are not subject to invoice registration, this can be utilized. - This can be used to confirm whether an invoice is a tax invoice or not (whether to record it as prepaid consumption tax or as an expense) at the same time as receiving the invoice. - Data output is possible to update suppliers with uniquely identifiable registration numbers in the core system. This includes the supplier code, supplier name, and registration number from the National Tax Agency. - Many users, including major automotive parts manufacturers (Tier 1-2), are utilizing this service. For individual entrepreneurs, freelancers, or specific payment recipients not in the supplier master, maintaining and operating the monthly supplier master allows for easy bulk checks (such as for cancellations or expirations by the National Tax Agency) by uploading a supplier master with T numbers. - Our services "Inspection Matching System" and "Accounts Payable Matching System" can also be used in conjunction.

◆ Equipped with a business check function for "paper receipts"! In employee expense reimbursements, "paper receipts" are generated. From October 2023 onwards, it will also be necessary to check whether the recipient of these receipts is an invoice issuer or a tax-exempt business. However, the recipients that arise in expense reimbursements are generally not registered in the system's master data, and their invoice issuer numbers are not recorded, which means that it is expected that each receipt will have to be checked visually one by one. Even if the recipient is a tax-exempt business, due to the transitional measures of the invoice system, it is possible to deduct 80% of the tax amount for the time being. However, this requires sorting receipts by recipient and tax category, which demands considerable effort. Therefore, T-Check invoice has implemented a function that automatically matches the recipient's T number from the receipt image with the National Tax Agency's website and can automatically sort by tax category! Not only can it check and verify the T numbers of the business partner master, but it can also check the T numbers of paper receipts! It also addresses the often-overlooked paper receipts under the invoice system!
