Support for 14 languages and 15 languages. An app that conveys "peace of mind."
"Safety tips" is a disaster information app provided since October 2014 under the supervision of the Japan Tourism Agency, designed to help foreign visitors feel secure in Japan, which is prone to natural disasters. It offers necessary information in multiple languages, including push notifications for domestic emergency earthquake alerts, tsunami warnings, special warnings, volcanic eruption alerts, and typhoon information, as well as communication cards to obtain information from those around you during a disaster. Additionally, it provides information on medical institutions that can accept foreigners, train transfer and operation status, and a flowchart to confirm actions to take in the event of a disaster, along with other useful information for emergencies. Since January 2007, we have been working on the development of a safety network system. In October of the same year, we released the safety confirmation system "Yurekuru Call," which is linked to the emergency earthquake alert system, making it available for our customers to use. We are currently continuing to develop notification systems and information collection systems using wireless technology, striving to contribute to the safety and security of society and communities. Little by little, we will accumulate results to make IT more user-friendly, today more than yesterday, and tomorrow more than today.
