PAT inline particle size, turbidity, and polymorphism monitoring device
BlazeMetrics Next-Generation PAT All-in-One Probe
A next-generation all-in-one probe has been born. It accurately monitors the state of particles in reaction vessels and production lines with a single probe.
PAT Inline Particle Size, Turbidity, and Crystal Polymorphism Monitoring - Accurately grasp the state of particles with a single probe - Simultaneous measurement of particle size, turbidity, images, and Raman spectra - Particle velocity up to 20 m/s does not affect particle size measurement - Mounted on a single port, reducing installation/maintenance costs - Standard equipment in the USA, Europe, China, and India - Overseas, there is a tendency not to introduce new FRBM due to it being an outdated and inaccurate technology

basic information
- Blaze's patented single optical path technology allows multiple analytical techniques to utilize the same optical path simultaneously, enabling multiple measurements with a single probe. - Installation is simplified with a single port, reducing setup time and maintenance while building a robust system. - With a single probe, the effects of baffle plate and heat sink from the probe can be minimized. - Integrating multiple measurement techniques enhances information quality. For example, explaining the particle size distribution (CLD) trend obtained from images with microscope images, using Blaze HDR turbidity to correct Raman intensity (Y-axis) for improved transition identification, and verifying the cleanliness of windows with microscope images. - Multiple measurements with a single probe allow for measurements such as flow synthesis of small sample volumes. - By combining with microscope images, accurate information can be obtained for assessing material conditions, measurement zones, fouling (adhesion to inner walls, etc.), particle shapes, multiphase, polymorphism, and more. - Accurate information accelerates decision-making and shortens process development time, leading to better and faster understanding of processes and a reduction in the number of experiments. - Total cost reduction: lowering installation costs, operational costs, and maintenance costs.
