The "GR-1 Ver.2" is an ATC mechanical correction head specifically designed for micron adjustments in lightweight machining centers. It can be used manually or automatically and is a lightweight, compact correction head. For error correction after tool changes, micron adjustments can be easily made without using a digital gauge inside the machine, allowing for immediate processing without the need for re-tightening. Additionally, automatic feedback correction for mass production boring processes can be performed using an NC program when combined with measurement and drive units.
