By simply retrofitting existing machine tools, vibrations and processing loads can be quantified and graphed.

We offer equipment tailored to specific applications for monitoring processing vibrations, such as the 'DPU-A4, D1W', and for monitoring servo motor waveforms, such as the 'DPU-D1N'. The 'DPU-A4, D1W' directly captures vibrations generated during processing using an acceleration sensor, extracting harmful vibration components to monitor signs of processing defects caused by vibrations and alerting in advance to prevent defective products from being released.
