Contracts start from 10 users, with a cost of 1,500 yen per user per month (excluding tax, initial setup fees apply separately). ◆Creating an inspection sheet system based on familiar paper inspection sheets The "IT Inspection Sheet Den Paperization" creates an inspection sheet system based on paper inspection sheets that have been traditionally used, such as those made in Excel. It also allows for customization of the input order to match on-site work. Features such as a duplication function to transfer inspection data from the previous month and a calculation function to display total values eliminate the hassle of inspection tasks and improve efficiency through IT. Past inspection sheets are stored in the cloud, enabling easy search of inspection history. Inspection sheets can be converted to PDF on smartphones and sent out via email in bulk. The paid demo version of the original inspection sheet creation system provides a system similar to the official implementation, allowing for on-site testing and internal discussions before full deployment.
