■ Suppression of deviation with short response time The Yaskawa Power Lead Switch "Vesta Act" is built into the contact part, resulting in significantly shorter response times (reset time and operating time) compared to general relays. Reliable and fast switching enables instantaneous stopping of the motor during brake operation. It suppresses minor deviations such as drops, protecting the fixtures and workpieces of equipment in operation. ■ Contributing to stable operation of equipment with long lifespan The unique contact structure is less affected by external environments, preventing oxidation and corrosion of contacts that can cause contact failure. With a double contact structure that separates the magnetic contact part from the contact part, contact reliability is enhanced, achieving a low failure rate. Even with high-frequency use, the interruption time does not extend, and there is no increase in contact resistance. Glow discharge occurs during inductive load interruption, preventing wear on the contacts. * As of 2023, it has become the recommended relay.
