Reducing lead time and initial costs by prototyping lead frames with MERC processing!

In the prototyping of lead frames, etching is common; however, our company utilizes a precision turret punch machine called MERC for small-scale lead frame prototyping. We output the provided CAD data to the machine for processing, resulting in a simple method that allows for sample production in as little as 7 days.
