However, due to virus countermeasures and the establishment of the Digital Agency, the environment has changed significantly over the past year or two, and municipal DX is being promoted, including the expansion of electronic application acceptance. NTT Data Corporation and AI inside have combined RPA and AI-OCR to contribute to solving various companies' challenges.
