By utilizing the alert function, it notifies users of high-load conditions on the monitor screen. < Alert Function > Sets thresholds and notifies users via lamps on the monitor screen when exceeded. It is easy to set or change the thresholds for generating alerts. < Data Recording Function > Records the date and time of data acquisition, sensor ID, and data obtained from sensors, storing up to 2 months' worth of data, with monthly intervals. < Data Download Function > Easily downloads recorded data from the data recording function in CSV format.

■Understanding the Operating Status of Machine Tools <Concerns> I want to understand the operating status of machine tools, but asking the manufacturer to output the operating status signals is expensive. Is there a simpler way to visualize the operating status? <Utilization> By replacing the existing stacked indicator light (manufacturer unknown) on the machine tool with a Patlite product, which shares the same signal and common lines, I can monitor operations using the operation monitoring package. This allows monitoring without touching the equipment's controller, simply by replacing the stacked indicator light. <Concerns> I am currently considering the introduction of IoT. Since the operating status of the equipment is not being managed, is it possible to manage the operating status? I would like to start with visualizing the operating status of each piece of equipment on the wire rod line.
