Grid / Diamond [Product Features] Grid / Fabric and Diamond have a uniform geometric pattern. The shapes are arranged vertically, horizontally, and diagonally, and by utilizing grooves and protrusions, they help reduce the contact area with the object, preventing excessive adhesion and adjusting release force. Our embossed films utilize biaxially stretched PET film, which possesses [robust rigidity] and [heat resistance], enabling the creation of dynamic embossed shapes with strength and rigidity that are difficult to achieve with softer materials. By combining embossed films with hardening resins, it becomes possible to add [design and functionality] for resin transfer applications. 2. Chemical-free processing reduces line contamination and stress on substrates. Our embossing process does not use any additives, making it suitable for manufacturing processes where silicone release is undesirable, such as in precision equipment products.
