The LE-8500X-RT / LE-8500XR-RT is a multi-protocol analyzer that can measure and test RS-232C, RS-530, RS-422/RS-485, and TTL level serial communications all in one device. Depending on the testing situation, it can be widely used for the development and maintenance of serial interfaces for computer peripherals and FA equipment, as well as UART, SPI, I2C on embedded boards, using features such as monitoring, communication simulation, and bit error rate testing. It is equipped with a 7-inch wide color LCD with a touch panel, allowing immediate confirmation of measurement data on-site without the need for a computer, and log data can be automatically saved to a USB memory device via USB 3.0 (Gen1) for detailed analysis after measurement completion. Additionally, by connecting an optional GPS antenna, time-corrected timestamps can be added to the monitor data using GNSS signals, enabling the comparison and verification of data measured simultaneously at two locations over an extended period for communication failure analysis. Furthermore, by replacing the standard measurement board with an optional LAN measurement board, it can also be used in Ethernet-based networks.
