Aiming for low loss, accurately measure the actual state of electromagnetic materials and understand and analyze their vector magnetic characteristics!

Iron loss evaluation, which is a bottleneck in motor analysis. Conventional methods only consider iron loss as a function of magnetic flux density, resulting in low accuracy. However, "Vector Magnetic Characteristic Analysis" accurately determines the magnetic field and magnetic flux density to calculate iron loss. It can compute high-precision distributions of magnetic field, magnetic flux density, and iron loss that other software cannot achieve. Vector magnetic characteristics refer to the properties that consider the relationship between the magnetic field H and magnetic flux density B of electromagnetic steel materials, taking into account their direction (vector). The finite element method electromagnetic field simulator that considers these characteristics is "μ-E&S."
