[Introduction of Overhaul Achievements] Automatic Wire Mesh Welding Machine & Drop Device

Disassemble and inspect the current machine, and repair or replace only the defective parts! This also addresses discontinued parts issues.

We have decided to overhaul the "Automatic Wire Mesh Welding Machine" and "Drop Device" at Omiya Welding Wire Mesh in Mie Prefecture, which has been cherished and used since its establishment in 1989. After 33 years of continuous operation without major repairs, various parts have started to wear out, and the misalignment of the mesh pitch has become noticeable, making adjustments more cumbersome. After the overhaul, the adjustments that were previously difficult have become easier, and the pitch can now be quickly aligned.
