Packaging system '12IAL-25HG'

The cartoner automatically handles the product from carton extraction to sealing and discharge.

We would like to introduce the packaging system '12IAL-25HG', which consists of a cartoning machine and a vertical accumulation device. This device is capable of receiving pillow-packaged products supplied at a rate of 75 packs per minute on a line conveyor, inverting them with an inverted accumulation product supply device, and accumulating them in a specified quantity. Additionally, after folding each flap and applying hot melt, it forms the carton and discharges it outside the machine. 【Device Overview (Partial)】 ■ Supplies products accumulated in a specified quantity to the cartoner's bucket conveyor ■ Performs degassing (leveling) inside the bag using a press cylinder ■ Feeds and opens cartons corresponding to the products on the bucket conveyor ■ Inserts products into the carton using a product insertion pusher ■ Folds each flap, applies hot melt, forms the carton, and discharges it outside the machine, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
