Conducted concentration measurements of welding fumes through personal exposure assessment in a confined space using membrane arc welding (Note 1). Our measurement experiments showed an 88.4% reduction in manganese concentration with the use of the FBM-10 series (Note 2). The "FBM Weld Filter Unit" is a mobile dust collector equipped with a 3m arm that can cover a wide area. It efficiently sucks in welding fumes, smoke, dust, and other particles, and releases clean air through a built-in high-performance filter.
