〇Development Background In-house welding robots experienced a decrease in welding quality due to spatter adhering to the nozzle area. Each time this occurred, the automatic operation was halted, and an operator had to remove the spatter. This led to the development of a cleaning machine that could perform spatter removal, apply anti-adhesion agents, and include a wire cutting function. The idea was to program this into the automatic operation process of the welding robot. 〇Components Thin sheet metal (iron, stainless steel), machined parts (iron), brushes, electrical components, etc. 〇Basic Performance The machine cleans spatter adhered to the welding nozzle without manual intervention.
