We offer a range of high-quality "Mold Opening and Closing Control Devices" that are developed in-house and manufactured domestically. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Mold Opening Control Device "Super Lock" The newly developed Super Lock boasts excellent durability and resistance to wear. It allows for load adjustment with a single bolt, making setup easy. The internal and external rollers rotate in a balanced manner, ensuring stable mold opening and closing operations. The lock bush, designed symmetrically, can be inverted for use even if one side wears out. ■ Mold Opening Control Device "Yuki Lock" With a mechanical structure of a release bar and slide lock, it ensures reliable opening and closing operations. It forcibly releases the parting line to prevent damage to components, contributing to reduced production loss and improved productivity. It can operate regardless of the order of mold closing. ■ Mold Opening and Closing Control Device "Duro Lock (in development)" This device shares common components and production processes with "Yuki Lock," aiming for cost reduction.
