This is a comparison with conventional hole drilling welding. Traditional welding tends to be curved welding, which is more difficult and requires skill, but with end face welding after barrelling, simple and easy welding can be achieved by just rotating the positioner, ensuring reliability equivalent to butt welding.

When using a welded joint TEE, multiple welds are required, but by using a barrelling process, the number of welds is reduced to one-third, improving accuracy and product reliability.

This is an internal comparison between conventional hole drilling welding and bar rolling processing. In conventional welding, rough weld beads inevitably remain inside, leading to the accumulation of contaminants. In bar rolling processing, the R-shaped curves formed at the branching points prevent contamination and also reduce fluid resistance and pressure loss. Additionally, it prevents erosion and corrosion.
