We would like to introduce an aluminum color that has achieved cost reduction through double-sided grinding. We improved the process by machining a product that was previously processed with two single-sided grindings in our customer's facility to be processed with one double-sided grinding. Our double-sided grinding and lapping technology does not use magnets for workpiece fixation; instead, it grinds and cuts the workpiece by sandwiching it between upper and lower rotating grinding wheels, allowing us to accommodate various materials such as non-magnetic materials and difficult-to-machine materials.
