We would like to introduce components for conveying equipment that have been precision machined from S45C hardened by quenching. Products with high parallelism and surface roughness have been processed from materials that have been distorted and thermally deformed by broaching. The parallelism is less than 0.01mm, and we can handle a lot size of 2000 pieces per month. Our double-sided grinding and lapping technology does not use magnets for workpiece fixation; instead, it grinds and polishes the workpiece by sandwiching it between upper and lower rotating grinding wheels, allowing us to accommodate various materials, including non-magnetic materials and difficult-to-machine materials.
