Information on the 2-10 Year Warranty Extension Registration for Freer Systems

We would like to inform you about the product warranty for the thermal imaging cameras handled by Flir Systems Japan, Inc. The product warranty for the thermal imaging cameras is one year from the date of purchase; however, if you purchase a handheld thermal imaging camera from an authorized dealer and register the product within 30 days of purchase, the warranty period will be extended. The warranty period for the camera body is two years upon registration after purchase, while the warranty period for the camera's detector is ten years upon registration after purchase. By manufacturing key components of the thermal imaging cameras in-house, we have made this unique support possible.
