[Model Production/Introduction Case] Accurate Cuts in Architectural and Interior Model Making
Laser processing is ideal as a machine for creating molds and prototypes because the finish is precise.
We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of our laser cutting machines, "Speedy 100" and "Speedy 300," in the Digital Fabrication Room at Nagoya Zokei University. The laser cutting machines are utilized for material production of models in the architecture and interior design fields. Previously, we were using a laser cutting machine from another manufacturer, but we faced issues with slow processing speeds, resulting in time losses. After introducing Trotec, we were able to process materials accurately and quickly, which improved our work efficiency. [Case Overview] ■ Issues: Cutting was not completed as scheduled, leading to significant time losses. ■ Results: - We can now process materials accurately and quickly. - The operating methods are easy to understand, allowing all workshop staff to use the machines immediately. *You can download the PDF or click on the related links below for more details.
