I was asked by the user to handle the pressing. However, I have been receiving many inquiries from those who have never done it before. This is for those who are consulting for their first pressing.
We would like the user to perform press fitting. ↓ I have never done it. I don't know how to do it. ↓ After researching, it seems that applying pressure (load) from above would be sufficient. ↓ I am not sure if just that equipment will ensure quality. We have been receiving many inquiries following this kind of flow. There are many things that cannot be understood during the prototype stage, such as variations in the press fitting end, which can only be realized by actually trying it out. Our company is equipped with a testing device that can continuously measure and manage the load and stroke values of the press fitting machine, allowing for verification at the prototype stage. We have a proven track record with various directions, speeds, and head shapes. We aim for stable press fitting not only through the equipment but also by designing and manufacturing jigs. 【Features】 ■ By continuously monitoring stroke and load and paying attention to changes, we can manage the press fitting end for each cycle. ■ Capable of accommodating various directions, speeds, and head shapes. ■ We propose equipment suitable for the working environment. ■ We manufacture original space-saving models. ■ We analyze the causes of defects from multiple angles and develop dedicated jigs independently. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

We are a manufacturer specializing in the design and production of dedicated machines, including press-fitting and testing/measurement devices, as well as robots. Regarding press-fitting, we have developed our own testing equipment that can provide numerical suggestions, such as load, even in the prototype stage, and we accept various consultations that include specifications and design issues. With the aim of proposing solutions to "customer challenges and concerns," we have seen a demand for automation in press-fitting machines and inspection devices in recent years. For example: - Equipment that includes loading and unloading (packaging) for press-fitting devices - Inspection of products from all directions (automation of visual inspection) To respond more precisely to these needs, we have introduced robots in-house, evolving our role from mere transportation to verifying and proposing changes to the work itself. Leveraging our past achievements, we are open to various consultations from across the country, even for projects that have been declined elsewhere, maintaining a challenging attitude without being constrained by fixed ideas. We aim to provide flexible proposals tailored to our customers, understanding the pros and cons of "sometimes with robots, sometimes without." In 2022, to tackle new jigs that had been abandoned due to multiple product compatibility and weight limitations in traditional metal processing, we introduced a 3D printer.
