Make powder molding more compact and energy-efficient! Reduce power consumption and hydraulic oil usage, while also decreasing vibration and noise.
The "ZENFormer plus" is a direct-acting digital servo press machine for powder molding that operates two slides, upper and lower, in a compound manner. Since the motion of both the upper and lower can be freely set, it enables molding using the "withdrawal method," which achieves compression performance equivalent to that of the double pressing method. By adopting a delta configuration that independently controls three axes and a nut drive structure, it has achieved compactness while maintaining parallel control. This parallel control allows for the molding of multiple pieces in ceramics and metal powder molding. Additionally, it generates power (regenerative) from the deceleration energy of the servo motor, keeping energy consumption low during continuous operation. 【Features】 ■ Environmentally friendly oil-free hydraulic and regenerative mechanism ■ Reduction of energy consumption and operating oil volume ■ Reduction of vibration and noise ■ Achieves parallel control with the "delta method" that operates the upper and lower using three servo motors and ball screws *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We contribute to product creation in various fields with our original digital servo press machine from the Electric Discharge Machining Research Institute. The "ZENFormer" series features advanced functions that achieve our unique technology of complete parallel control. At the newly opened Yamato office in November 2020, we have a full range of series available, and through our sharing service, where these devices can be shared, we also utilize them as a research lab. By integrating communication technology and sensor technology into our products, we provide services that promote DX (digital transformation) with intelligent servo press machines, contributing to the manufacturing needed in the coming era. Additionally, at the Wakasa factory, we handle a wide range of molds essential for press machines. We manufacture and sell our original brand Miyagi High Set series, as well as press molds, general-purpose molds, and special molds. We also engage in other metal processing.
