Therefore, we designed it to be portable for narrow spaces, allowing for space-saving operations. - Pulsation Since small parts are often used in molds, the diameter of the circuits tends to be narrow, making it impossible to supply at high pressure. By sending the cleaning solution in a pulsating manner, effective pressure can be applied to the blockage while simultaneously making it easier for cavitation to occur, which helps to detach foreign substances adhered to the walls of the waterway. - Reversal Generally, during production, water is only allowed to flow in one direction, causing deposits to accumulate in shadows and eddies against the flow. Therefore, by periodically reversing the flow of the cleaning solution, these deposits can be effectively removed. If the circuit is completely blocked, cleaning is not possible, but if there is a slight flow, alternating the flow from both ends can allow for relatively quick penetration.
