An integrated system that provides assembly part instructions and barcode verification using picking lamps, as well as the preservation of important item histories in addition to work instructions.
Our company develops, designs, and manufactures jigs, prototype equipment, and systems according to our customers' requests. The system consists of a server that receives production instructions from higher management and creates and distributes work instruction data, a PLC system that controls picking lamps and other equipment on-site, and a PC that displays work instructions and saves history, all communicating via LAN and CCLINK. The history storage saves information about the assembly of specified critical components, including component barcodes and tightening torque values. The conditions for creating work instruction data are created in Excel and imported into the server system. On-site managers can also easily create conditions. We also carry out installation work at overseas locations.
