Automating the transportation process in card printing!
We installed a system using the collaborative robot "Techman" in the office, automating the process from card suction to input and output of the printing machine! With the introduction of the system, nighttime autonomous operation has become possible, and production efficiency has increased by approximately 180%! We also conducted an interview with Kenbisha Co., Ltd. about the challenges before implementation and the effects after implementation, so please be sure to watch the video!
