The Mecmesin Torque Wrench Calibrator (TWC) is a versatile and user-friendly system that allows for easy verification of the applied torque for all types of torque wrenches, including click action, break-back, and dial-type torque wrenches. Based on the universal force and torque display of the AFTI (Force & Torque Indicator), the TWC is designed as a modular system, providing high flexibility. The standard system comes with a dedicated transducer for AFTI, but various "smart" transducers capable of handling up to 1000 N.m. are also available separately. The three operating modes meet all common testing requirements. The "Normal Mode" displays live values, the "First Peak Mode" records the true "click torque," and the "Maximum Mode" records the highest value. It can also be easily reset with a button operation for torque zero adjustment. The TWC is battery-operated, making it an ideal portable device for use in calibration rooms and production lines. Additionally, with a built-in RS232 interface, data can be downloaded to a printer or PC for statistical analysis.
