High wear resistance and corrosion resistance ultra-hard coating [Longer lifespan and reduced LCC]
We introduce a carbide coating technology that possesses a dense film characteristic with strong adhesion to the substrate, resulting in extremely high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
HVOF spraying (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel spraying) is a super hard thermal spray coating suitable for wear and corrosion resistance. Due to the smooth surface of the coating, it is easy to achieve a super mirror finish, and thick film formation is also realized. The extremely high particle velocity (500-800 m/s) produces a coating with very high density and low porosity.
