Introducing the oil-based release agent "Eclube 100," which excels in adhesion from low to high temperatures and has excellent anti-seizing properties at high temperatures. < Features > Aiming to develop an oil-based release agent that enables continuous casting without relying on internal cooling of the mold, we have achieved improvements in high-temperature adhesion and anti-seizing properties. ■ Low viscosity type (kinematic viscosity 3.8 mm²/s at 40°C) ■ Applicable mold temperature: 250–400°C (targeting 300–350°C) ■ Minimal stickiness after the dilution solvent has evaporated ■ Difficult to produce discoloration (oil marks) from the release agent * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
