Introducing the oil-based release agent "Eclube 100MI," which excels in adhesion from low to high temperatures and in resistance to burning at high temperature ranges. < Features > Aiming for an oil-based release agent that allows continuous casting without relying on internal cooling of the mold, we have achieved improvements in high-temperature adhesion and resistance to burning. ■ High viscosity type (kinematic viscosity 25.4 mm²/s at 40°C) ■ Applicable mold temperature: 250–400°C (targeting 350–400°C) ■ Minimal stickiness after the dilution solvent has evaporated ■ Less likely to show discoloration (oil marks) from the release agent * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
