This technology is designed based on the honeycomb 60° cell pattern, which has already been recognized as a standard design in the printing industry and has established its value. This design, which extends the honeycomb 60° as a cell pattern suitable for higher quality flexographic printing, has attracted attention and has been developed for practical use by applying the Black Pearl coating, which is a special powder patented by CAE. As a result, it achieves higher quality printing and reduces ink deposition, functioning similarly to a Teflon coating. In other words, it increases transfer efficiency, allowing for more effective ink transfer and enabling the transfer of an appropriate amount of ink suitable for color matching. eCell incorporates the functions of yCell, which is a 60-degree honeycomb cell.
Cobra (open cell) is named after its snake-like shape and structure. It allows for high-density targets while also accommodating finer screen printing, making it ideal for large-scale ink transfer applications.
HITT is suitable for using heavy inks such as white printing and varnish.
