A lightweight (7.6 kg) architectural limit measuring device that automatically measures the distance of structures installed inside and outside tunnels. Measurement time is significantly reduced. Reports are also easy to generate.
This is a building gauge measuring device for railway operators. Its main purpose is to be used in railway facilities such as tunnels, platforms, and signals. The rotation angle of the internal laser distance sensor is controlled by an internal motor, allowing for continuous and single measurements. The measurement results are saved to a microSD card, enabling serial data communication output to a PC or similar devices. A dedicated base is used to install the measuring device on the track, and it can simultaneously perform cant measurement and slack measurement along with building gauge measurement. To measure, the base is installed on the rail, and the laser is directed at the desired measurement point, followed by pressing the measurement switch.
