[TERAS Case Study] Lalaport Numazu

Lalaport Numazu, located in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, is a large commercial facility that brings together over 200 stores from nationwide popular brands to local renowned shops across a wide range of genres. In this commercial facility, "TERAS BOX" and "TERAS PLACE" have been introduced to monitor the accumulation of waste and the congestion of restrooms. As a result, the capacity of waste bins and the frequency of collection have been visualized, allowing for an assessment of whether the installed bins are adequate. Additionally, it has become possible to understand the usage status of restrooms, which were previously difficult to monitor, as well as which restrooms are used most frequently.
